This Privacy Policy explains how MR DESIGN CREATIONS, operating as MRDESIGN.COM, handles personal information through NailSalon.App and the applications and services that link to this policy, including My Nail Art and MR Salon Floor Manager.
Information you provide
When you contact us, create an account, or place an order, we may receive your name, email address, username, contact details, billing information, order details, and messages. We use this information to respond to questions, fulfill orders, maintain accounts, provide app access, and offer support.
Our contact form asks for your name, email address, subject, and message. Submitted messages are delivered to our business email inbox. Please do not send passwords or full payment card details through email or contact forms.
My Nail Art accounts and content
The shared Design Library can be browsed without signing in. Personal account features require sign-in.
My Nail Art stores Favorites, private notes, personal designs, design details, and uploaded gallery photos on the website’s server, associated with your account. Personal collections are restricted through the app’s account access controls. Authorized administrators and service providers may access information when necessary to administer, maintain, or support the service.
Customer Mode lets you present designs and gallery photos on your device while hiding technician tools and notes. It does not publish your personal collection to the shared Design Library. Be careful when sharing your screen or handing your device to someone else.
Upload only photos you have permission to use. Obtain appropriate permission before uploading identifiable customer photos, and avoid unnecessary personal information in photos or notes.
Practice drawings and device access
Practice on Screen saves drawing drafts in your browser’s local storage on that device. These drafts are not automatically uploaded or synchronized to other devices. Signing out does not automatically erase them. You can clear drafts using the practice tool or clear the site’s browser storage. Downloaded images remain wherever you save them.
My Nail Art uses a randomly generated device cookie and stored device and session identifiers to manage device registrations and account access. The current app supports two registered browsers or devices and one active app session. The device cookie is set to expire after one year. Clearing cookies or changing browsers may require a new registration.
The app also uses temporary security counters derived from IP addresses and entered account identifiers to limit repeated sign-in and password-reset attempts.
MR Salon Floor Manager and salon records
Depending on the features a salon uses, its records may include customer names, phone numbers, email addresses, birthday month and day, visits, appointments, rewards, service tickets, technician assignments, commissions, tips, payouts, and activity records.
These records support the salon’s operations. The salon decides what customer and employee information to enter and how to use it. Contact the salon first about access, correction, or deletion of its customer or employee records. Contact us about our hosting or support of those records. The salon’s own privacy notice may also apply.
Orders and payments
Our WooCommerce store retains order and billing information used to fulfill purchases, administer access, provide support, process refunds, and maintain business records.
Card payments are handled through Stripe. Other payment options, when offered at checkout, are handled by the provider identified there. Payment providers process payment information under their own privacy notices. My Nail Art itself does not process payment card transactions.
Please review the payment provider’s privacy notice when choosing a payment method.
Cookies, local storage, and technical information
WordPress and store features use cookies for sign-in, sessions, shopping carts, and related functions. My Nail Art also uses the device cookie and local drawing storage described above. Blocking necessary cookies may prevent sign-in, checkout, or app access.
Website infrastructure may process IP addresses, browser information, requested pages, timestamps, and error logs to deliver the service, troubleshoot problems, and protect against misuse.
You can manage cookies and site storage through your browser settings. Clearing local storage can remove practice drawings saved on that device.
Newsletter information
Our previous newsletter popup collected email addresses in a local website list. That popup is currently unpublished. Unpublishing it does not automatically delete previously collected information.
If you previously subscribed and want your subscription information removed, contact us. If you receive a marketing email, use its unsubscribe option or contact us directly. Necessary account, security, order, and support messages may still be sent.
How information is used and shared
We use information to operate our website and apps, manage accounts and access, fulfill orders, provide support, send service communications, maintain business records, and protect against abuse.
Service providers supporting hosting, backups, email, payments, and website maintenance may process information as needed to provide those services. Our website and apps are hosted using Hostinger.
Information may also be disclosed when required by law or reasonably necessary to investigate misuse, resolve disputes, or protect legal rights. External websites and services linked from our website have their own privacy policies.
Retention and deletion
We retain information as needed to provide services, support accounts, maintain business records, address security issues, and meet applicable obligations. Retention depends on the type of information and the reason it is held.
You can remove personal designs and gallery entries using the app’s available controls. In the current My Nail Art version, removing an entry deletes its app record but does not automatically erase its associated stored photo file. Contact us to request removal of remaining server copies or account information.
Some records may need to be retained for accounting, security, disputes, or legal obligations. Backup copies may remain until replaced or removed through the applicable backup process.
Deleting server information does not remove copies you downloaded, printed, or shared, or practice drafts stored in your browser.
Your choices and privacy requests
Contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. Additional rights may apply depending on your location and applicable law. We may need to verify your identity and clarify which account or records your request concerns.
For information entered by a salon about its customers or employees, contact that salon first.
Security
My Nail Art uses account authentication, access checks, and session controls to restrict access to personal app records. No internet service or storage system can guarantee complete security. Keep your password private and protect devices used to access your account.
Children
Our services are intended for salon professionals and business users, not children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and address it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our services or practices change. The updated date will appear above. Where required, we will provide additional notice of material changes.
