Refund and Returns Policy

This policy applies to digital apps and services purchased from MR DESIGN CREATIONS through NailSalon.App. Our current offerings do not require physical shipping or product returns.

My Nail Art: try before you buy

Before purchasing, please try our 10 free practice designs to decide whether My Nail Art is right for you. You may choose not to purchase.

For new purchases made under these terms, once paid access to My Nail Art is provided, the purchase is generally non-refundable for a change of mind or unused access.

One-time purchase

My Nail Art is offered at a special one-time price of $99. There is no renewal charge. Prices may change for new purchases in the future; a price change does not create a renewal charge for your existing purchase.

MR Salon Floor Manager

Refund and cancellation terms for salon setup, customization, training, hosting, and ongoing services will be stated in the written quote or service agreement provided before purchase. Please review those terms before approving work or making payment.

If no separate refund terms were provided, contact us so we can review your request based on the service purchased and the work completed.

How to request a refund

Use our Contact page. Include your order number, the email address used for purchase, the app or service purchased, and a brief explanation of your request. An explanation helps us review your request.

Never send your password or full payment card details.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. The time before the refund appears depends on your payment provider and bank. Card refunds commonly take approximately 5–10 business days after processing, although some may take longer.

This policy does not limit any refund or other rights you may have under applicable law.
